Is the pool heated?
The pool is heated year-round at no extra charge, typically maintaining 82-87°F. On rare days of extreme cold the temperature may fluctuate overnight.
How is the pool secured?
All pool doors have an interior safety latch or alarm at 54" high. The front and back exterior gates on the pool deck are self-closing. We also provide 1 mobile baby gate and 2 permanent baby gates inside that can be used to further limit access to pool doors.
How far is the beach?
Our neighborhood is just across A1A from the beach, only a 5-10 minute walk to the sand. There’s spacious, free beachfront parking available here too!
Do you provide beach gear?
Absolutely!! We provide beach chairs, lounging mats, a beach blanket, a large sun tent, as well as toys and games for fun in the sun!
Do you provide propane?
Yes again! Both the firepit and gas BBQ grill come ready to use with propane attached. Our tanks also have gauges built in so you'll know when to ask for a refill.
Do you provide bikes?
Our home insurance doesn’t allow us to provide bikes, so we’ve partnered with a local rental supplier who offers high-quality, safe bikes for our guests at a discounted rate.
How far is Historic St. Aug?
We’re just 8 miles from the Bridge of Lions—close enough for easy access, but far enough to enjoy a peaceful retreat.
What time is check-in / out?
Standard check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is before 10am.
Do you offer early check-in?
Our cleaning team works hard to ensure the home is spotless and they often need the full 6 hours to prepare it for your arrival. While early check-in is rare, we’re happy to check the schedule for you, and luggage drop-off is often possible—just inquire!
What's your cancellation policy?
100% refund up to 90 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days prior. Less than 30 days no refund. We recommend trip insurance through SquareMouth or annual travel insurance plan from Allianz.
